  Inspector note: FOOD NOT PROTECTED DURING STORAGE AND DISPLAY. OBSERVED THE SANITIZER BUCKET STORED NEXT TO THE BAGEL DISPLAY CASE. WHEN AN EMPLOYEE BUMPED INTO THE BUCKET, THE SANITIZER SPLASHED ONTO THE BAGEL DISPLAY CASE AND SEVERAL OF THE BAGELS ON THE BOTTOM SHELF. MANAGEMENT DISCARDED THE BAGELS ON THE BOTTOM SHELF AND REMOVED THE SANITIZER BUCKET AWAY FROM THE BAGELS. ALSO, OBSERVED BUILDUP OF MOLD GROWTH INSIDE OF THE INTERIOR CONTACT SURFACES AND WATER HOSES OF THE ICE MACHINE. MANAGEMENT INSTRUCTED TO TURN OFF THE MACHINE, REMOVE ALL ICE AND HAVE THE INTERIOR OF THE MACHINE CLEANED AND SANITIZED. MUST REPLACE THE WATER HOSES INSIDE OF THE MACHINE. MACHINE TAGGED HELD FOR INSPECTION. SERIOUS VIOLATION 7-38-005A.
