MUST PROVIDE PROPER SANITARY DRAIN PLUGS TO FILL THE 3-COMPARTMENT SINK TO WASH, RINSE, AND SANITIZE EQUIPMENT. ONE OF THE EMPLOYEES WAS ABLE TO PURCHASED AND PROVIDE PROPER DRAIN PLUGS BY THE END OF THE INSPECTION. SERIOUS VIOLATION 7-38-030
