ALSO OBSERVED A 1/4 INCH OPENING AT THE BOTTOM OF THE SIDE DOOR THAT GIVES ACCESS TO THE HOTEL. INSTRUCTED TO REMOVE OPENINGS TO PROVIDE RODENT PROOF EXTERIOR DOORS. SERIOUS VIOLATION 7-38-020
