COMPARTMENTS NEED TO BE SANITIZED PRIOR TO WASH, RINSE AND SANITIZING MULTI USE UTENSILS. after a long while the water eventually went down. INSTRUCTED MANAGER TO CONTACT PLUMBER FOR SERVICE AND SANITIZE AREA COMPLETELY. SERIOUS VIOLATION 7-38-030 CITATION ISSUED. DISHWASHING FACILITIES NOT MAINTAINED.
