INSTRUCTED FACILITY THAT EMPLOYEES MUST WASH HANDS AT ALL POSSIBLE POINTS OF CONTAMINATION AND ALWAYS BEFORE PLACING A NEW PAIR OF GLOVES ON TO HANDLE FOOD. CRITICAL CITATION ISSUED 7-38-010(A).
