    Inspector note: All necessary control measures shall be used to effectively minimize or eliminate the presence of rodents, roaches, and other vermin and insects on the premises of all food establishments, in food-transporting vehicles, and in vending machines. OUTER OPENINGS ARE NOT RODENT PROOF. OBSERVED A 1/2" GAP BETWEEN BOTH SETS OF DOORS TO THE OUTDOOR PATIO AND A 1/4" GAP ALONG THE BOTTOM OF THE SOUTH SIDE ALLEY DOORS. MANAGEMENT INSTRUCTED TO RODENT PROOF ALL OUTER OPENINGS. APPROXIMATELY 10 LIVE FRUIT FLIES WERE OBSERVED IN THE DISHWASH AREA. 5 LIVE COCKROACHES WERE OBSERVED BEHIND THE 2ND FLOOR BAR AREA. APPROXIMATELY 50 MOUSE DROPPINGS WERE OBSERVED IN THE LIQUOR STORAGE ROOM. AFFECTED AREAS MUST BE CLEANED AND SANITIZED. ADDITIONAL PEST CONTROL SERVICE IS NEEDED TO ELIMINATE OR MINIMIZE THE PEST ACTIVITY. SERIOUS VIOLATION 7-38-020.

MUST ALSO SEAL OPENINGS IN PATIO FLOOR TO PREVENT RODENT ENTRY AND HARBORAGE. MUST REPAIR BASEBOARD UNDER 3 COMPARTMENT SINK. MUST REMOVE STANDING WATER FROM FLOORS UNDER 3 COMP SINK. 35/01- The walls and ceilings shall be in good repair and easily cleaned. MUST REPAIR BROKEN WALL TILES ALONG BOTTOM OF NORTH WALL AT THE END OF COOK LINE ON THE SIDE OF THE UPRIGHT TRAULSEN COOLER. 36/01- MUST PROVIDE THE PROPER LIGHT SHIELDS AND END CAPS OVER LIGHTS IN DISHWASHING AREA. SERIOUS VIOLATION 7-42-090.

THE COLD PLATE AND DRAIN LINES COME INTO CONTACT WITH CONSUMABLE ICE BEHIND THE BARS. MUST SEPARATE COLD PLATE AND CONSUMABLE ICE. PROVIDE ICE BIN COVERS FOR THE ICE BINS AT ALL BARS.
