Inspector note: OBSERVED THE REAR EXIT DOOR WITH A 1/2" GAP ALONG THE BOTTOM OF THE DOOR. MANAGEMENT INSTRUCTED THAT ALL OUTER OPENINGS MUST BE PROTECTED FROM THE ENTRY OF RODENTS. • OBSERVED APPROXIMATELY 100 MOUSE DROPPINGS ON THE FLOOR IN THE WASHROOM, IN THE UTILITY CLOSET, AND IN THE REAR FOOD PREP AREA ALONG THE WALLS, INSIDE OF THE DEEP FRYER CABINET, AND ON THE BOTTOM TRAY OF THE ROLLING SPEED RACK. ADDITIONAL PEST CONTROL SERVICE IS NEEDED TO ELIMINATE THE PEST ACTIVITY. MANAGEMENT INSTRUCTED TO CLEAN AND REMOVE ALL RODENT DROPPINGS IN ALL AFFECTED AREAS. PRIORITY FOUNDATION 7-38-020(A). CITATION ISSUED.
