    Inspector note: Found observed front, rear entrance/exit doors not rodent proofed, doors had gaps on bottom of door ranging from 1/4 inch to 1/2 inch, bsmt doors had 1/4inch gap to 1/2 inch gap on bottom of door. Live flies(15 ) were observed inside premises/bar at time of inspection, mgmt was advised to minimize/eliminate fly problem and to contact pest control company.Citation issued.
