APPROXIMATELY 35 RAT DROPPINGS WERE OBSERVED BELOW THE COLD FOOD LINE, BELOW THE BAR AND IN THE BASEMENT DRY STORAGE CLOSET. ADDITIONAL PEST CONTROL SERVICE IS NEEDED TO ELIMINATE OR MINIMIZE THE PEST ACTIVITY. MUST CLEAN AND SANITIZE ALL AFFECTED AREAS. SERIOUS VIOLATION 7-38-020.
