MANAGEMENT INSTRUCTED TO CLEAN AND SANITIZE THE AFFECTED AREAS. ADDITIONAL PEST CONTROL SERVICE IS NEEDED. MUST REMOVE DEAD MOUSE FROM TRAP AND RESET. SERIOUS VIOLATION 7-38-020.
