THE WHOLE RAW CHICKEN PIECES WERE GREENISH IN COLOR, & SITTING ON ABOUT 1/4 INCH OF STALE BRINE. THESE PRODUCTS WERE REMOVED FROM THE BUTCHER'S WALK-IN COOLER, & PROPERLY DISPOSED OF. All food shall be protected from contamination and the elements, and so shall all food equipment, containers, utensils, food contact surfaces and devices, and vehicles.
