MUST REMOVE THE BROKEN CEMENT AND PUT DOWN NEW CEMENT SO NO GAPS OR OPENINGS UNDER THE DOOR AND REPLACE THE BROKEN WEATHER STRIP TOO. FOUND 20-25 MICE DROPPINGS IN THE FOOD/DRY GOODS STORE ROOMS.
