Inspector note: OBSERVED AN OPEN RECEIVING GARAGE DOOR WITH PILED HIGH PLASTIC GARBAGE BAGS OF FOOD DEBRIS, USED FOOD CARDBOARD BOXES WITH GNAWED HOLES IN SEVERAL BAGS, FOOD SPILLING OUT ONTO THE GARAGE FLOOR. THE DOOR REMAINS OPEN ALL THE TIME DUE TO CYCLIST DELIVERY DRIVERS ENTERING AND LEAVING THE FACILITY WITH FOOD DELIVERIES. INSTRUCTED TO REMOVE ALL GARBAGE FROM THE GROUNDS, STORE FOOD DEBRIS GARBAGE IN THE ALLEY WASTE RECEPTACLES THAT HAVE LIDS, AND PROVIDE GARBAGE PICK UP OFTEN ENOUGH TO BE ADEQUATE FOR THE BUSINESS NEEDS. PRIORITY FOUNDATION VIOLATION 7-38-020(B) CITATION ISSUED.
