Inspector note: FOUND OUTSIDE GARBAGE AND WASTE GREASE AREA NOT PROPERLY MAINTAINED. FOUND EXCESSIVE GREASE BUILD UP ON THE EXTERIOR OF GREASE RECEPTACLE LID. MUST DETAIL CLEAN AND PROPERLY MAINTAIN. ALSO NOTED SEVERAL 1/2-1 INCH HOLES IN ALL 3 GARBAGE RECEPTACLE LIDS. MUST REPLACE LIDS SO THAT THEY ARE COMPLETELY RODENT PROOF. SERIOUS CITATION ISSUED 7-38-020.
