MANAGEMENT INSTRUCTED TO TURN OFF MACHINE, REMOVE ICE AND HAVE THE UNIT CLEANED AND SANITIZED. ANY OPEN GAPS MUST BE SEALED. FAX REINSPECTION LETTER TO (312) 746-4240 TO HAVE THE UNIT REINSPECTED.
