  Inspector note: Previous serious violations not corrected from report # 1932380, dated 6-9-16: Violation 22- "Observed no chemical test kit for sanitizing on site. Facility was instructed to maintain test kit on site per previous report # 1528003, dated 3-19-15. Instructed to obtain the appropriate test kit for their selected sanitizer and to maintain on site. Serious citation issued 7-38-030." Violation 29- "USING PLASTIC CARRYOUT BAGS FOR FOOD STORAGE, INSTRUCTED TO INVEST IN FOOD GRADES OR FOOD STORAGE CONTAINERS." Observed no test strips on site upon arrival and a food item in a grocery bag. Operator removed food from bag and had obtained sanitizer test strips during inspection. Critical citation issued 7-42-090.
