OBSERVED THE FLOOR BUFFER, MOP BUCKETS AND MOBILE STORAGE RACKS STORED IN FRONT OF THE HANDWASHING SINK AND ELECTRIC HAND DRYER. ALSO, OBSERVED NO SOAP IN THE SOAP DISPENSER AND THE HAND DRYER UNPLUGGED. MANAGEMENT INSTRUCTED THAT ALL HANDWASHING SINKS MUST BE ACCESSIBLE FOR USE AND SUPPLIED WITH SOAP AND A HAND DRYING DEVICE OR PAPER TOWELS. CRITICAL VIOLATION 7-38-030.
