NO OPEN FOOD ITEMS WERE STORED DIRECTLY UNDER THE LEAKY PIPE AT TIME OF INSPECTION. • DETAIL CLEAN THE FAN VENT COVERS IN THE WALK-IN TO REMOVE HEAVY DUST BUILDUP AND MAINTAIN. • FOUND CARDBOARD USED AS A LINER ON THE DRY FOOD STORAGE RACK AND THE FLOORS OF THE WALK-IN COOLER. INSTRUCTED TO USE NON-ABSORBENT MATERIALS AS LINERS ONLY.
