    Inspector note: Water not hot under city pressure. Temperature of hot running water at three compartment sink at 86.7 F to 90.0 F. Establishment has only 50 gallon hot water tank, premises prepares various hot and cold entrees, has bakery, deli, and butcher and several sinks. Instructed manager that premises must have hot running water under city pressure during all hours of operation. Critical citation issued 7-38-030. Hot water recovered, hot water temperature at 115.3 F.
