WHEN TOLD BY INSPECTOR TO WASH HANDS BEFORE CONTINUING TO PREPARE FOODS HE WENT OVER TO 3-COMP. SINK AND PUT HANDS IN SOAPY WATER THEN GRABBED THE WASH CLOTH IN SAME SINK TO GET FLOUR SUBSTANCE OFF. INSTRUCTED TO PROPERLY WASH HANDS USING THE EXPOSED HANDWASHING SINK WHEN MULTI-TASKING. CITATION #60267-14
