MUST SEAL ALL OPENINGS AT FRONT SCREEN DOOR AND MAKE INSECT AND RODENT PROOF. ALSO, NOTED FLY TRAP LOCATED DIRECTLY ABOVE FOOD STORAGE AREA. INSTRUCTED MANAGER TO RELOCATE FLY TRAP TO A NON FOOD PREP/FOOD STORAGE AREA. SERIOUS CITATION ISSUED 7-38-020.
