WINDOW HAD BEGUN TO GET REPAIRED DURING THIS INSPECTION. MUST ELIMINATE FLIES AND CLEAN AREAS WHERE DROPPINGS OBSERVED. CITATION #H000064594 ISSUED FOR IMPROPER PEST CONTROL. COURT HEARING ON THURSDAY NOV. 4, 2010 AT 400 W. SUPERIOR, ROOM 107 AT 9:OOAM.
