Inspector note: DETAIL CLEAN THE INTERIOR SURFACE OF THE ICE MACHINE TO REMOVE PINK BUILDUP AND MAINTAIN. • OBSERVED CONDENSATION DRIPPING FROM UNDER THE CONDENSER IN THE WALK-IN COOLER. MUST REPAIR LEAKING CONDENSATION PIPE TO PREVENT CHEMICAL CONTAMINATION. • THE CAULK THAT SEALS THE DISHTABLE WITH THE SPRAYER AND DRAIN BOARD IS IN POOR REPAIR WITH SUBSTANCE BUILDUP AND ALSO PEELING AWAY FROM THE WALL. MUST REPLACE SEAL AND MAINTAIN.
