REPAIR THE DAMAGED DRYWALL ON BOTH SIDES OF THE LIQUOR STORAGE ROOM IN THE BASEMENT. REPLACE THE LOOSE BASEBOARD IN THE BASEMENT DRY STORAGE ROOM.
