MANAGER VOLUNTARILY TURNED OFF THE ICE MACHINE AND PLACED A SIGN ON THE ICE DISPENSER "NO ICE OUT OF ORDER." INSTRUCTED TO HAVE UNIT SERVICED, DETAIL CLEANED, AND SANITIZED. INSTRUCTED TO USE A LADDLE OR HANDLED SCOOP WITH THE HANDLE STORED OUT OR AWAY FROM THE FOOD IN BETWEEN USE. MINIMAL AU JUIS WAS DISCARDED AND A LADDLE REPLACED THE BOWL PREVIOUS IN THE CONTAINER.
