MANAGEMENT INSTRUCTED TO CLEAN AND SANITIZE ALL AFFECTED AREAS. ADDITIONAL PEST CONTROL SERVICE IS NEEDED TO MINIMIZE PEST ACTIVITY. SERIOUS VIOLATION 7-38-020.
