THE MISSING FLOOR TILES UNDER THE THREE COMPARTMENT NEED TO BE REPLACED. THE BASEBOARDS HAVE GAPS IN THE DISHROOM AREA, REPAIR THE BASEBOARDS SOTHEY ARE SMOOTH AND SANITARY.

THE WALLS BEHIND THE SINKS AND COOKING EQUIPMENT ARE DIRTY AND HOLES WERE FOUND IN THE CORNER OF THE STEAMTABLE. Clean and repair the walls and ceilings so they are smooth and sanitary from top to bottom.
