    Inspector note: Found employee/customer restrooms without hot water. When hot water handles turned on temperature is 77.0F for the men's room, and 73.7F for the ladies' room. Women's restroom also has low water pressure when hot water faucet is turned to the on position. Instructed hot water must reach at least 85F for proper handwashing in restrooms. Must maintain hot and cold water, with adequate city pressure in all restrooms at all times. Men's rest room hot water was restored during inspection to 85.5F. Critical violation 7-38-030.
