MANAGEMENT INSTRUCTED THE EMPLOYEE TO STOP THEIR TASK, WASH THEIR HANDS AND THEN PUT ON A NEW PAIR OF GLOVES. DISCUSSED PROPER HANDWASHING WITH MANAGEMENT. CRITICAL VIOLATION 7-38-010A.
