NOTE NOT ABLE TO GAIN ENTRY TO BASEMENT,UPON RE INSPECTION NEED TO GAIN ENTRY.VOLATION ISSUED 7-38-020. UPON RE INSPECTION OBSERVED LIVE RODENT IN THE BASEMENT AREA,WHICH WAS SITTING ON TOP OF A STAIR.
