INSTRUCTED TO REPLACE GASKETS TO PROVIDE A TIGHT FITTING SEAL AT ALL TIMES. • MUST REMOVE ICE BUILDUP FROM THE OUTSIDE PANEL AND FLOOR BELOW THE WALK-IN FREEZER DOOR AND MAINTAIN. • OBSERVED A PIECE OF JAGGED STEEL ALONG THE TRIM UP TO THE WALK-IN COOLER DOOR. INSTRUCTED TO REMOVE JAGGED STEEL TO PREVENT WORKPLACE INJURY AND TO PROVIDE A SMOOTH, EASILY CLEANABLE SURFACE.
