INSTRUCTED THE PERSON IN CHARGE TO REPAIR THE CEILING PANEL ABOVE MOP SINK AND HOLE IN THE FLOOR NEAR THE EXPOSED HANDSINK IN THE REAR WAREWASHING AREA AND MAINTAIN.
