OBSERVED THE MALE CASHIER WHICH WAS ALSO THE COOK AT FRONT REGISTER TAKING AN ORDER AND THEN PREPARING FOOD,WAS ASKED TO PUT A MASK ON .HE CONTINUED TO PREPARE FOOD AND TAKE ORDERS WITHOUT PUTTING ON MASK THEN MASK WAS PLACED ON FACE SEVERAL MINUTES LATER.THEN EMPLOYEE BECAME IRATE AND PULLED OFF MASK SCREAMING AND CURSING AT ME.HE TOLD ME HE WAS CLOSING TO GET OUT AND TURNED OFF THE LIGHTS.THE OWNER ARRIVED ON SITE AFTERWARDS.(CITATION ISSUED 7-28-060)
