    Inspector note: All necessary control measures shall be used to effectively minimize or eliminate the presence of rodents, roaches, and other vermin and insects on the premises of all food establishments. Over 50 mouse droppings and two dead mice were found around and under shelving and baseboards throughout the bsement and rear storage room. The front door has a 1/2" gap at the bottom, repair the door so it is pest proof. Install a screen door if you intend to laeve the front and rear doors open. Remove all evidence of pest activity and clean up all areas of possible harborage.
