Also observed a Styrofoam coffee cup with liquid inside used as an ashtray with a cigarette butt inside. Instructed facility there are to be no ashtrays on site, and no smoking to occur inside facility or in patio area and must be at least 15 feet away from door and facility. Citation issued 7-32-015.
