Inspector note: OBSERVED MICE DROPPINGS IN VARIOUS LOCATIONS ON PREMISES: OBSERVED APPROXIMATELY 20 MICE DROPPINGS IN THE 2ND FLOOR STORAGE CLOSET OFF OF THE 2ND FLOOR DRY STORAGE ROOM, OBSERVED APPROXIMATELY 10 DROPPINGS IN A BOX WITH BAGS OF DRY NOODLES THAT HAD HOLES WITH GNAW MARKINGS IN THE 2ND FLOOR STORAGE ROOM, APPROXIMATELY 5 DROPPINGS BEHIND THE TWO DEEP FREEZER IN THE 2ND FLOOR DRY STORAGE ROOM, AND APPROXIMATELY 30 DROPPINGS IN THE ENCLOSED CABINET AREA BEHIND THE FRONT BAR WHERE PAPERWORK IS STORED. ALL AREAS WHERE DROPPINGS WERE OBSERVED MUST BE REMOVED, DETAIL CLEANED, AND SANITIZED. ADDITIONAL PEST CONTROL SERVICE MUST BE PROVIDED. SERIOUS VIOLATION 7-38-020
