    Inspector note: OBSERVED MICE DROPPINGS IN VARIOUS LOCATIONS ON PREMISES: OBSERVED APPROXIMATELY 20 MICE DROPPINGS BEHIND THE TWO DEEP FREEZERS IN THE 2ND FLOOR DRY STORAGE ROOM WITH A GLUE TRAP ON THE FLOOR WITH TWO DEAD MICE, OBSERVED APPROXIMATELY 10 DROPPINGS NEAR THE REAR EXIT DOOR, OBSERVED APPROXIMATELY 3 DROPPINGS UNDER THE ICE MACHINE, APPROXIMATELY 4 DROPPINGS UNDER THE DRAINBOARD ATTACHED TO THE 3-COMPARTMENT SINK, APPROXIMATELY 15 DROPPINGS ALONG THE STAIRS AND BEHIND FOOD ITEMS STORED ON THE STAIRS LEADING UPSTAIRS, APPROXIMATELY 10-12 DROPPINGS IN THE CHEMICAL STORAGE CORAL WITH THE MOP DRAIN. FOUND A BOX OF BAGGED RICE NOODLE UPSTAIRS, A BOX OF BAGGED VERMICELLI NOODLES UPSTAIRS, AND BAGS OF CHILI POWDER ON THE STAIRS WITH MICE DROPPINGS AND GNAW MARKS IN THE INDIVIDUAL BAGS OF FOOD AND BOXES. ALL FOOD ITEMS WERE IMMEDIATELY DISCARDED. ALL AREAS WHERE DROPPINGS WERE OBSERVED MUST BE REMOVED, DETAIL CLEANED, AND SANITIZED. ADDITIONAL PEST CONTROL SERVICE MUST BE PROVIDED.
