MUST MAINTAIN ALL PREP AND EQUIPMENT SURFACES TO BE SMOOTH, DURABLE AND EASILY CLEANABLE. MUST NOT STORE FOOD PRODUCTS UNDER EXPOSED SEWER LINES IN BASEMENT DRY STORAGE. MUST MOVE FOOD SO IT IS NOT DIRECTLY UNDER EXPOSED LINES, OR PROVIDE GUTTER SYSTEM TO SHIELD SEWER LINES. OBSERVED THE CENTER BASIN OF THE BAR 3 COMPARTMENT SINK TO BE PATCHED WITH UNAPPROVED MATERIAL (SOFT CAULK/PUTTY). MUST REMOVE CAULK/PUTTY AND REPAIR ANY HOLES BY WELDING/SOLDERING.
