OBSERVED THE FOLLOWING: NINE RAT DROPPINGS IN MIDDLE BASEMENT BEHIND BOX FREEZER, SIX DROPPINGS BEHIND WATER HEATER, TEN DROPPINGS ALONG BASEBOARDS THROUGHOUT DRY STORAGE SIDE OF BASEMENT. ALSO OBSERVED APPROXIMATLY 15 TO 20 FRUIT FLIES ON PLASTIC GARBAGE CAN IN BASEMENT, 10 TO 15 FLIES AROUND THREE COMPARTMENT SINK IN BAR. WOODEN FOLDING WINDOW BETWEEN COOKS LINE AND OUTDOOR PATIO NOT INSECT PROOFED. OPEN 1/2 INCH GAP ON ALL SIDES AND SEAMS OF FOLDING WINDOW. PARTIAL GLASS MISSING. MUST MAKE WINDOW TIGHT FITTING ON ALL SIDES, REMOVE ALL DROPPINGS, SANITIZE ALL AREAS AND MINIMIZE OR ELIMINATE FLY ACTIVITY. PEST CONTROL ARRIVED TO TREAT ESTABLISHMENT DURING INSPECTION.
