APPROXIMATELY 15 LIVE FRUIT FLIES WERE OBSERVED IN VARIOUS AREAS OF REAR MOP SINK AREA AND INSIDE REAR BOXED STORAGE CLOSET. ALSO OBSERVED A FLY STRIPS HANGING ON DOORS OUTSIDE OF THE WALK-IN-COOLER LOCATED AT REAR. MANAGEMENT WAS INSTRUCTED TO REMOVE THE FLY STRIPS AND ENSURE THAT FRONT DOORS ARE KEPT CLOSED.ADDITIONAL PEST CONTROL SERVICE IS NEEDED TO MINIMIZE OR ELIMINATE THE PEST ACTIVITY. SERIOUS VIOLATION 7-38-020.
