Over 25 small flies were found in the basement utility room. Over 20 rat droppings were found under the dishmachine. Remove all evidence of pest activity and clean up all areas of possible harborage.

REPLACE THE DAMAGED TILES UNDER THE UPSTAIRS 3-COMP SINK AND IN THE WEST CORNER BY THE UPSTAIRS WALK IN COOLER.
