INSTRUCTED TO MAKE THE DOORS TIGHT FITTING AND RODENT PROOFED. WEST WALL IN THE BASEMENT HAS A FOUR FOOT BY FOUR FOOT OPENING NOT INSECT OR RODENT PROOFED.
