OBSERVED OVER 150 MOUSE DROPPINGS ON THE STORAGE SHELVES, FOOD PALLETS, FLOOR OF THE REAR STORAGE AREA, REAR PREP AREA AND SHELVES IN THE COFFEE/DESSERT AREA, INSIDE OF THE OVEN AT THE END OF THE COOK'S LINE, ON THE STORAGE SHELVES IN THE EQUIPMENT STORAGE ROOM NEXT TO THE OFFICE. ALSO OVERHEAD GARAGE DOOR IS NOT RODENT PROOFED WITH OPENINGS IN THE DOOR. MANAGEMENT INSTRUCTED TO RODENT PROOF ALL OUTER OPENINGS. MANAGEMENT INSTRUCTED TO CLEAN AND REMOVE AND RODENT DROPPINGS AND SANITIZE THE AFFECTED AREAS. ADDITIONAL PEST CONTROL SERVICE IS NEEDED TO ELIMINATE THE PEST ACTIVITY. CRITICAL VIOLATION 7-42-090.
