Inspector note: OBSERVED THE GASKETS TORN ON THE 5 DOOR COOLER IN THE GROCERY AREA AND RAW WOOD IN THE RESTROOM AND ON THE RESTROOM DOOR AND DOOR FRAME. INSTRUCTED TO REPLACE AND MAINTAIN ALL GASKETS AND TO PROVIDE A SMOOTH AND EASILY CLEANABLE SURFACE.

INSTRUCTED TO SEAL AROUND ALL OPENINGS AND REPAIR THE RESTROOM DOOR FRAME. AS WELL AS PROVIDE COVERS FOR THE VENTS.
