    Inspector note: OBSERVED THE BAR 3 COMPARTMENT SINK AND THE BASEMENT 2 COMPARTMEN SINK TO BE IN POOR REPAIR. IN THE BAR 3 COMPARTMENT SINK, THE LEFT AND RIGHT COMPARTMENTS WERE OBSERVED BACKING UP WHEN THE MIDDLE COMPARTMENT WAS PARTIALLY FILLED, THEN DRAINED. IN THE BASEMENT 2 COMPARTMENT SINK, THE LEFT COMPARTMENT WAS OBSERVED BACKING UP WHEN WATER WAS RUN AND DRAINED ON THE RIGHT SIDE. INSTRUCTED TO REPAIR THE DRAINS ON THESE SINK SYSTEMS SO THAT THEY DRAIN PROPERLY AND TO USE ALTERNATE SINKS FOR PREP AND DISH WASHING UNTIL THE SINKS ARE REPAIRED. SERIOUS CITATION ISSUED: 7-38-030
