Inspector note: FOUND A LARGE HOLE IN THE EAST FACING BASEMENT WALL THAT WAS PARTIALLY REPAIRED. NOTED VARIOUS HOLES THAT RANGED FROM HALF AN INCH TO 3 INCHES APPROXIMATE. INSTRUCTED FACILITY TO REPAIR SO ALL OUTER OPENINGS ARE PROTECTED AND TIGHT FITTING. ALSO FOUND 25 MICE DROPPINGS IN THE REAR PREP AREA BEHIND THE EXPOSED HANDSINK AND THE 3 COMPARTMENT SINK. INSTRUCTED TO REMOVE ALL PESTS AND PEST EVIDENCE AND RECOMMENDED TO CONTACT A LICENSED PEST CONTROL SERVICE. SERIOUS CITATION ISSUED 7-38-020.
