INSTRUCTED THE PERSON IN CHARGE TO PROVIDE HANDWASHING SIGNAGE AT ALL HANDWASHING SINKS USED BY FOOD EMPLOYEES AND MAINTAIN. • OBSERVED SOAP AND PAPER TOWEL DISPENSOR ON WALL ABOVE PREP SINK IN THE REAR PREP AREA. INSTRUCTED THE PERSON IN CHARGE TO REMOVE SOAP AND PAPER TOWEL DISPENSORS AND ENSURE THAT EMPLOYEES ARE ONLY WASHING THEIR HANDS AT HANDWASHING SINKS.
