    Inspector note: SOURCE OF CROSS CONTAMINATION NOT CONTROLLED: FOUND CONDENSATION DRIPPING FROM THE CONDENSER OF THE PRODUCE WALK-IN COOLER ON THE 1ST FLOOR. WALK-IN COOLER WAS DRIPPING CONDENSATION DIRECTLY ONTO FOOD ITEMS BEING STORED IN A PAN ON THE FOOD STORAGE RACK. A CONTAINER USED TO CATCH DRIPPAGE HAD OPEN READY TO EAT PRODUCE ITEMS; FOOD ITEMS SHALL BE STORED AWAY FROM THE LEAKY CONDENSER UNIT UNTIL UNIT IS REPAIRED. WALK-IN COOLER WAS ABLE TO MAINTAIN PROPER TEMPERATURE OF 40F OR LESS. INSTRUCTED TO HAVE WALK-IN COOLER UNIT SERVICED SO THAT CONDENSATION IS NO LONGER DRIPPING ONTO FOOD AND FOOD CONTACT SURFACES. MANAGEMENT VOLUNTARILY DISCARDED UNCOVERED CONTAINERS OF PEPPERS, RADISHES, AND EGGPLANT- MINIMIMAL FOOD ITEMS. ALL FOOD ITEMS THAT WERE PREVIOUSLY STORED IN CLOSE PROXEMITY UNDER THE CONDENSER HAVE BEEN RELOCATED. CRITICAL VIOLATION 7-38-005A
