    Inspector note: All necessary control measures shall be used to effectively minimize or eliminate the presence of rodents, roaches, and other vermin and insects on the premises of all food establishments, in food-transporting vehicles, and in vending machines. OBSERVED LIVE FRUIT FLIES IN THE DISHWASH AREA AND THE BAR AREA. APPROXIMATELY 40 LIVE FRUIT FLIES WERE OBSERVED ON THE WALLS, CEILING AND EQUIPMENT IN THESE AREAS. ADDITIONAL PEST CONTROL SERVICE IS NEEDED TO MINIMIZE OR ELIMINATE THE PEST ACTIVITY. ALSO, THE REAR DOOR FROM THE PARTY ROOM IS NOT RODENT PROOF. THERE IS A 1/2" GAP ALONG THE BOTTOM OF THE DOOR. MUST RODENT PROOF THE REAR EXIT DOOR. SERIOUS VIOLATION 7-38-020.
