    Inspector note: POOR HYGIENIC PRACTICES. OBSERVED FOOD HANDLER RINGING OUT A SANITIZER RAG, WIPE DOWN SOILED PREP AREAS, TOUCHING KITCHEN EQUIPMENT, AND THEN GOING BACK TO PREPARING READY TO EAT BREAKFAST SANDWICHES WITHOUTH WASHING HANDS AND CHANGING GLOVES. OBSERVED A FOOD HANDLER USING A GLOVE TO TAKE ITEMS OUT OF REFRIGERATION UNIT, REMOVE GLOVE AFTER PLACING FOOD IN A HOT HOLD UNIT, THEN GOING BACK TO THE REFRIGERATOR UNIT AT A LATER TIME AND APPLYING THE SAME GLOVE THAT WAS LEFT NEAR THE UNIT TO REPEAT PROCESS AND TAKE MORE FOOD OUT OF THE COOLER. GLOVES SHALL NOT BE RE-USED, ONCE A GLOVE IS REMOVED MUST WASH HANDS AND APPLY A NEW PAIR OF GLOVES. INFORMATION GIVEN ON HAND WASHING. CRITICAL VIOLATION 7-38-010A
